Custom 1,000 pound capacity Lift & Tilt Engine Assembly Unit.
38" L x 47" W x 42.5" H floor mountable base. 65.75" raised height, 41.75" lowered height, and 24" travel. The mounting plates have a 90° powered tilt and can stop at any position for optimal positioning. Mounting holes were added to (2) 6" x 10" mounting plates to accommodate the end user's tooling used to hold their parts to the lift for assembly.
The hydraulic power unit is 120 VAC and controlled by a (5) button control system on a 10' pendant. The button controls lift up, lower down, tilt up, tilt down, and includes an e-stop. This unit also has adjustable speed controls for the vertical travel and tilting features.

Custom Lift - Serial #27559
1,000 pound capacity Lange Lift Table. 32" x 60" steel deck with a 30° powered tilt. Raised height is 45", lowered height is 27", with 18" of vertical travel. Single acting powered up and gravity down. The tilting feature is double acting. Power features are activated by foot using a base mounted control system.
Serial #27559 is fitted with special tooling on the deck which is used to support a custom fixture.

Custom Lift - Serial #28601
A modified version of our L-336 Lange Lift Table, this 3,000 pound capacity lift table features a flat rectangular steel deck with guarded corners with powered vertical and gravity down travel.
Raised height 45", lowered height 32", and 13" of vertical travel. 42" x 36" flat steel deck with guarded corners on a 36" square base. The base is welded on to pads for floor mounting. Hydraulic power unit is 120 VAC and controlled by a base mounted guarded foot control system. This unit was manufactured without the 360° rotation and lock handle that is standard on all of our lift tables.

Custom Lift - Serial #27710
A lighter duty version of our standard line of lift tables, this 500 pound capacity lift table is fitted with a ball transfer top that provides free range of motion for objects moving over the top of it. This unit is used to lift and move large dies into place.
Raised height 47.63", lowered height 29.73", and 17.9" of vertical travel. 30" square ball transfer deck welded to a 30" square base. The base is welded on to (2) Swivel Casters and (2) Rigid Casters and includes our standard floor lock. 360° rotation with lock handle.
Roller conveyors are also available!
Custom Lift - Serial #27342
500 pound capacity electric over hydraulic caster mounted mobile lift table. The deck rotates in 360° is both directions using a variable speed electric motor. Lifting and lowering operations can be performed simultaneously with the deck rotation.
Operation is conducted with two separate pendant mounted foot pedal control stations. One controls the raising & lowering of the lift while the other controls the rotation.
The deck is covered with a special polyurethane to protect the customer's sensitive products. A unique feature on this lift is the swing out locking deck arms that help accomodate larger parts. Polyurethane coated stop pins also keep the parts in place within the surface of the deck.

Custom Tipster - Serial #27401
1,500 pound capacity electric over hydraulic floor mounted custom Lange Lift tipster. This unit was designed to accomodate the customer's caster mounted container and then dump the contents of the container onto an upper level conveyor system for sorting.
It is powered by a 230/460 VAC, 3 Phase, 60 hz Hydraulic Power Unit. The lifting and lowering operations are powered by a 12' hand-held pendant control station with a keyed on/off switch.

Custom Lift - Serial #25991
1,000 pound capacity telescopic lift table mounted on casters. Features a rubber top with indexing deck arms that lock in place. The range of the deck arms are 21" to 42" in diameter.
This lift also features foot switch opereated variable speed powered deck rotation adjustable from 0-4 RPM in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions at all levels of elevation.
The lift operation of this unit is manual foot pump operated for both raising and lowering. The deck heights range from 16" to 30".
Custom Lift - Serial #25860
1000 pound capacity electric over hydraulic operated lift and tilt unit. It features a 36" diameter rubber coated deck with special tooling so that components can be mounted securely to the lift.
The manual deck rotation has detents at every 90 degree interval. The deck is capable of tilting 90 degrees from horizontal to vertical.
Powered controls are operated by a hand held pendant (not shown).
Custom Lift - Serial #25590
This 2000 pound capacity lift features a stainless steel bolt on deck with 45 degree manual tilt mounted on poly on iron casters. The tilt function is operated by a hand crank actuator mounted below the deck.
The floor lock on this lift automatically engages when the the lift is raised from it's lowered position.
Custom Lift - Serial #26012
1000 pound capacity pnuematic powered lift table mounted on phenolic casters. The up and down lift function is pnuematic over hydraulic power controlled by a mounted foot pedal.
Deck rotation is also powered pnuematically by a separate foot pedal. Speed of rotation can be adjusted from 1-10 RPM while in use in both directions. The deck is 36" in diameter with a height ranging from 24" to 36".
Custom Lift - Serial #25158
1,000 pound capacity Modified Lift Table based on our standard L-130. This lift was designed to be utilized as an assembly and test fixture manipulator with special tooling on the deck. This lift allows for ease of assembly at a number of positions.
The lift has 30" inches of vertical travel as well as a full 90 degree tilt from horizontal to vertical position. The deck can be fully rotated 360 degrees continuously. All of the functions on this lift are independent of one another and powered hydraulically by a 120V AC power unit. The tilt and rotation of the lift is controlled by a hand-held pendant. The vertical travel is foot switch controlled. The electrical & hydraulic unit is enclosed in a waterproof control box.
Custom Lift - Serial #25002-05
300 pound capacity Manually Actuated Scissors Lift. It was designed to be incorporated into a system used to insert and remove military aircraft radar units.
The lifts are mounted on nylon casters (not shown) for ease of mobility. The unit is completely environmentally sealed for outdoor storage. The actuator is manually operated by using a ratchet wrench.
The lifts are painted specially to meet United States Military specifications.

1,500 pound capacity Custom Tilter used to simultaneously tilt and raise a wheel mounted basket of parts for the assembly operator. This units unique geometry minimizes the travel of the basket into the operator's workspace for easy unloading.

The base is welded on to (2) Poly on Iron Swivel Casters and (2) Poly on Iron Rigid Casters and includes our standard floor lock. 360° rotation with extended lock handle.
